The person at Mymarkdown.com is completely unprofessional and downright bizarre. He double charged me and when I disputed the charge, he got very hostile and screamed (yes, literally screamed) into the phone, calling me a B****. I was incredibly appalled and surprised by his hostile and uncalled for behavior. Luckily, I changed servers several weeks before this incident because I wanted to deal with a more reputable company, with better customer service skills. I obviously made the right choice. Very bizarre and hostile behavior - completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I used hosting.mymarkdown.com for years in the past & I loved there cpanel based hosting. Years later, I decided to get back into the website world, so I instantly registered and hosted through them. When I bought the hosting package, I accidently clicked the next button twice, causing the purchase to go through twice. I checked my bank statement & it was listed twice, so I emailed them about my mistake. They responded the next day about how it was authorized twice but not charged twice. I simply emailed back saying it was listed twice on my bank statement. They responded how I know nothing about how credit cards work & how they will not fight with me about this, therefore terminating my account & blocking my emails. They're rude, immature, & have no clue how to take...

Rude, horrible and unprofessional customer service...after using them for over three years. No respect and no desire to help or maintain client relationships. Would rather pay five times as much to another host then ever have to work with them again.

I hosted my domain with Mymarkdown.com. They were VERY unprofessional. I almost thought it might be teenagers running the place. They charged me a year on my card even tho they'd closed my account. They claimed I went over quota, which I did not.
Wouldn't give me backups of my website, would not work with me at all. Sent me nasty emails, claiming they were going to sue me when I called the bank and had charges reversed. Do NOT use these people. They're horrible to deal with and very unprofessional.
I was told the reason why they did this, was to get me to buy a bigger package.. I didn't fall off the turnip truck this mornin. So don't fall for their low prices, you get what you pay for.

A truly vile bunch of people run this web site. Tech support was of no help when they were unable to renew my contact by charging my credit card. I made a mistake in thinking they had charged me, what was a private misunderstanding between me and them, they turned public accusing me of all sorts of stuff. Tech support just said everything is working fine. No mention of the charge that did not go through. Their web site to manage the account is terrible.
What a terrible way to treat customers. Stay away, far away.
